222 Sunshine LLC is a heart-led lifestyle transformation brand guiding women from emotional exhaustion to soul-deep clarity. At the core of our mission is a simple but powerful truth: your light was never lost — it was waiting to rise.
We created the RESET & Rise™ series to help women move from breakdown to breakthrough — gently, powerfully, and with lasting impact. At its heart is The Inner RESET Method™, a proprietary five-pillar process: Release, Embody, Soothe, Elevate, Transform.
This method empowers women to move from merely surviving to deeply thriving — honoring their emotions, embodying resilience, and rising with renewed purpose and peace.

My Journey...
From emotional exhaustion to radiant renewal — I’ve lived the journey I now guide.
Born on December 31st, I grew up knowing how to mark time with intention. Each birthday, as the world reset the calendar, I learned to reset myself—with fresh routines, bold reflection, and new perspective. That rhythm became routine. It shaped the very foundation of what I now call the Inner RESET.
For over 25 years, I served as a nonprofit leader, holding space for others. During this time, I met my husband, ken who is in the healthcare industry and started a family. In that time, I somehow stopped holding space for myself. Through joy, illness, grief, and adversity, I was quietly unraveling — an ache beneath the surface, a growing disconnection from my body, my joy, and my light.
It wasn’t until near death finally allowed stillness to speak that I heard the call:
It’s time to come home to yourself.
Not with shame. Not with fear. But with grace.
That radiant moment became my RESET — a journey of rising into greatness with grace — no longer abandoning alignment for achievement. I know what it feels like to carry invisible burdens and smile while silently drowning.
That’s why Ken and I founded 222 Sunshine— because women need a place to begin again.
To rise gently, powerfully, and without guilt.
